Terms and Conditions:
- The Bahamas Celebration sails on a two-night itinerary currently from the Port of Palm Beach, Florida to the Grand Bahama Island. The vessel departs at 6:00 p.m. Itinerary is subject to change without prior notice.
- Rates are subject to change until paid and confirmed.
- Holiday Surcharges-Level One surcharge-$35 per person surcharge for a two-night cruise and $20 for one-night segments: Easter cruise - 3/29/2013 & 3/31/2013; Independence Day cruise - 7/3/2013 & 7/5/2013; Thanksgiving cruise - 11/28/2013 & 11/30/2013; Christmas week cruise - 12/20 to 12/28/2013. Level two surcharge-$75 per person surcharge for a two-night cruise: New Years Eve cruise - 12/30/2013.
- Fuel Surcharge-Celebration Cruise Line reserves the right to charge an additional fuel supplement of up to $12.00 per person, per day on all passengers, to be collected as part of the onboard charges without prior notice, in the event that the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index) is greater than $40.00 per barrel of oil.
- For passengers' convenience, gratuities of $12.00 per person per day will be automatically added to the onboard account for each guest in the stateroom.
- Tickets will be issued upon passenger check-in at the pier.
- Not valid for residents of Dade, Broward or Palm Beach counties.
- A valid passport is required.
- Trips Incentives Corp. is not to be held responsible for any act of God, or for any other circumstance beyond our control that may cause the destination to become unavailable.
- This vacation offer is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
- Applicable Law. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Florida, in which state it has been negotiated, executed and delivered. Any and all disputes arising out of this agreement or transaction shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the county or circuit court in and for Broward County, Florida.
